Return/Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and guarantee them with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty that covers any defects or malfunctions with the device. Please email us at info@seasonslife.com immediately with your order number.

Returns of unopened and unused product within 30 days may be accepted. Please email info@seasonslife.com to speak to one of our customer service agents. If a return is deemed acceptable by our team, a refund minus $20 for the cost of shipping & restocking will be processed when we receive it - unless the product is deemed defective.

Returns for oils or opened items will not be accepted and will be considered final sale.
